
Neil Bhatiya is the Climate and Diplomacy Fellow at the Center for Climate and Security. He currently studies the challenge climate change poses to U.S. diplomatic and development priorities, with a special focus on impacts in South Asia. He is also a Fellow at The Century Foundation, a nonpartisan think tank. His analysis on energy and climate change topics has appeared in Foreign Policy, World Politics Review, The Week, and Grist. Previously, he was a Fellow at the Century Foundation and a Research Fellow for the Streit Council, where he studied the expansion of NATO. He has earned History degrees from The George Washington University (M.A.) and Marist College (B.A.).
