Dr. Essam Abdel-Shafy is a professor of International Relations, University of Skarya, Turkey. He worked as a visiting professor in Alexandria, Damanhur, 6 October, and Beirut universities. He obtained his Ph.D. in Political Science, Cairo University (2009).
